DESIGN BUILD - Our goal is to design a building to fit your specific need taking in to consideration your site, location, elevation of the proposed site, proper drainage, geographic location of existing buildings, and other requirements, such as, height, insulation, windows, heating, ventilation, and type of products to use. Once your needs are determined the preliminary design and engineering are completed. We take in to consideration roof loads, door header loads, and all other requirements of your building to determine the cost. After approval of the cost, the Sales Engineer-Project Manager and the members of our construction team will make the designed building a reality. The design/build program has many benefits including the saving of time, money, a single source responsibility and most of all customer satisfaction.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT - We offer Construction Management services which will provide the supervision of all aspects of the building project including but not limited to design, contractor and supplier selections, cost and quality comparisons with purchase recommendations to the customer. All costs are paid by the Construction Manager and then reimbursed by the owner with an agreed upon fee added for construction manager.
GENERAL CONTRACTOR - As we provide General Contractor services we use design, product requirements, and planning by others to complete the general construction of the project. All trades are scheduled and managed by the General Contractor
RETROFIT (REMODEL) - We offer design and construction service to straighten and restore old barns, and retrofit (remodel) exterior and interior of existing commercial, institutional, and agricultural buildings.
